Caring For PROBLEM SKIN with Tamahra's Secret Products

Problem skin is the most difficult of skins to control. Problem skin is irritated, inflamed and very sensitive. Treating it with harsh products aggravates the inflammation. Problem skin needs to be balanced with gentle preparations. 

Tamahra’s Secret Skin Care Products help soothe problem skin naturally without the use of harmful chemicals and drugs.

Breakouts occur in the sebaceous follicles. Several factors involved are:

1 Shedding skin cells at a faster than normal rate.

2 Overly active sebaceous glands.

3 An imbalance in the acid mantle of the skin.

4 Inflammation of the sebaceous follicles.

The AcneCare System consists of:

1 Cleaning out the sebaceous follicles using the Tamahra’s Secret Deep Pore Cleansing Treatment protocols. A clean follicle is a healthy follicle.

2 Maintaining the proper pH of the skin with the AcneCare line soothes and balances the skin.

3 Modifying diet to eliminate foods that increase oil production and aggravate flare-ups.

4 Using nature’s “smart” germ-killer, Olive Leaf Extract, helps inflammation and infection. Olive leaf is an herbal extract, it is not a prescription drug. 

EVENING SKIN TREATMENT

1 Moisten skin with Ionic Spritzer—Prepare for treatment
Spray face with Ionic Spritzer before cleansing.

2 Cleanse with Manuka Cleanser
Shake Manuka Cleanser and apply to cotton pad. Cleanse face until dirt, oil & makeup are removed. Use circular motion. Eye makeup can be removed with this gentle cleanser. 

3 Apply Blue Lotion underneath masque to help reduce swelling and scarring. It also provides a minimal amount of moisturization.

4 Cell renewal and acne control - Clearzit Night Masque
Use Clearzit Night Masque every night. Shake Clearzit.  Put 1/4 tsp. on palm of hand and apply to face and neck. Avoid eye area. If you have active break outs,  cover areas with more Clearzit. A slight tingly feeling is normal. Touch, don’t scratch area where it tingles. Sleep with mask on. Use Clearzit during the day when home.

MORNING SKIN TREATMENT

1 Moisten skin with Ionic Spritzer—Prepare for treatment
Spray face with Ionic Spritzer before cleansing.

2 Cleanse with Manuka Cleanser
Shake well, apply to cotton. Remove mask with Manuka Cleanser.

3 Tone with Silvercure Toner
Wet cotton pad with Silvercure Toner. Wipe face & neck with pad.

4 Apply Zit-O Day Lotion
Shake. Put 1/2 dropperful of Zit-O on palm of hand. Pat on trouble areas. Proceed with Lite ‘n Velvet day cream/sun protection. 

5 Apply Lite ‘n Velvet. Take a small amount of Lite ‘n Velvet and warm between fingers.  Dab cream on face and neck. Spray face or hands with Ionic Spritzer. Massage lightly until well-blended.

GENERAL GUIDELINES - DO’s and DON’Ts

  • Receive a Tamahra’s Secret Deep Pore Cleansing Treatment every 4 weeks to keep follicles clean. More frequently if needed.
  • Don't pick! Wash hands before starting AcneCare routine.
  • Follow AcneCare treatment daily. 
  • SHAKE PRODUCTS WELL BEFORE USING They contain no chemical emulsifiers. Please shake the cleanser, masque and ZIT-O.
  • Keep tightly capped to avoid evaporation & contamination. Use spatula to remove cream from jars to avoid contamination.
  • Keep products in a cool place out of the sunlight.
  • Use very small amounts of creams—Our creams are concentrated and a little goes a long way. Increase amount as needed.
  • DO NOT USE SOAP ON YOUR SKIN Soap dissolves the protective layer of oil (acid mantle) which protects the skin against bacteria and loss of moisture.
  • Drink water, preferably alkaline,  6-8 glasses a day.

Suggested supplements:

Olive Leaf Extract.......................follow the directions on the bottle

Olive leaf extract targets only harmful micro-organisms and enhances immune system function. Olive leaf has no known toxicity and causes no adverse side effects.

Eliminate or avoid these foods:

Milk, butter, all cheese

Chocolate, nuts and nut butters (peanut butter)

Pizza, hamburgers, french fries, fried chicken, bacon

Sugars, candy, pastries (donuts), colas & carbonated drinks

Cooked tomatoes (in spaghetti sauce & pizza)

Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, and bitter greens.
